Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop inside sales team and warehouse staff
• Promote sales of replacement components and aftermarket products
• Own the business in the local market and drive sales, growth and profitability
• Maintain a customer-ready showroom, warehouse, building and grounds
• Coordinate with transportation providers for daily shipments
• Manage and promote environmental, health and safety program
• Manage and tailor inventory to local market needs
• Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counting and operational excellence
