Job summary

Modigent is seeking an entry-level Helper - Start Up & Warranty to assist refrigerant technicians and field teams on commercial refrigerant system projects. You will help with material handling, site organization, and learning the fundamentals of refrigerant systems under close supervision.

This role emphasizes safety, hands-on training, and a path toward skilled trades with opportunities across our nationwide operating companies.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no refrigerant experience required, training provided.
• Prior construction, labor, or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Support technicians with material handling, staging, and movement of piping, fittings, valves, and equipment.
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and preparing tubing under supervision.
• Help with tool organization and equipment readiness.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation as directed.
• Learn refrigerant system practices and EPA handling basics.
