Job summary

Modigent is seeking an entry-level Helper for Start Up & Warranty in Houston to support refrigerant technicians on commercial projects. You’ll assist with material handling, site organization, and basic preparation tasks while learning refrigerant systems under close supervision.

This safety-sensitive position offers hands-on training, opportunities for growth, and a strong team culture focused on integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; we will train the right candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform general job site clean-up and organization.
• Assist technicians with material handling and equipment movement.
• Support basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, and preparing tubing under supervision.
• Help with tool organization and equipment readiness.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of materials as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation as directed.
• Learn refrigerant system practices and safety protocols.
