Qualifications

• Ability to perform takeoffs and read construction blueprints.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of HVAC equipment.
• Perform pre-functional checks and functional performance tests.
• Maintain detailed records of start-up procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Supervise technicians during the start-up process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Track and manage warranties for HVAC equipment.
