Qualifications
2+ years’ trades estimating experience in commercial construction projects.
1+ years’ Estimating/Pre-Construction experience.
Must demonstrate knowledge in estimating techniques and cost control.
Responsibilities
Provide complete estimates for projects assigned by the Estimating Manager.
Solicit subcontractor quotations and ensure coverage on all work scopes.
Prepare detailed estimates and review vendor quotations for compliance.
