Qualifications

• 2+ years’ trades estimating experience in commercial construction projects.
• 1+ years’ Estimating/Pre-Construction experience.
• Must demonstrate knowledge in estimating techniques and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete estimates for projects assigned by the Estimating Manager.
• Solicit subcontractor quotations and ensure coverage on all work scopes.
• Prepare detailed estimates and review vendor quotations for compliance.
