Job summary

Bartos Industries is seeking a results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to build and manage relationships with mechanical contractors. This is a B2B role requiring deep HVAC knowledge and strong consultative selling skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will identify contractor opportunities, tailor proposals, and work with engineering and project teams to ensure successful outcomes. Travel locally to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC sales experience, especially with mechanical contractors or commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and drawings.
• Ability to read construction documents and perform plan takeoffs.
• Familiarity with construction industry processes.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with mechanical contractors.
• Promote and sell HVAC systems and services to contractor needs.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical consultation.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and presentations.
