The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HVAC sales, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency with CRM tools. Travel to local client sites will be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC sales experience, preferably with mechanical contractors or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and drawings.
• Experience estimating takeoffs from construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with mechanical contractors and project stakeholders.
• Promote HVAC systems, components, and services tailored to contractor needs.
• Conduct site visits, assess requirements, and provide technical consultation.
• Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations; negotiate terms and pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams.
