Job summary

Bartos Industries LLC is seeking a results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to build and manage relationships with mechanical contractors in the commercial sector. You will promote HVAC systems, prepare proposals, and support project teams from site visits through commissioning.

In this role you will use your technical HVAC knowledge to tailor solutions, negotiate terms, and grow a robust pipeline. Travel locally for client meetings and site visits is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC sales experience focused on mechanical contractors or commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and mechanical drawings.
• Estimating plan takeoffs: understand construction documents.
• Familiarity with construction industry processes.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop relationships with mechanical contractors and commercial project stakeholders.
• Promote and sell HVAC systems, components, and services tailored to contractor needs.
• Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and provide technical consultation.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, bids, and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track sales activity, and report on pipeline progress.
• Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
