Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge engineering and sales, supporting HVAC and air handling solutions. This role collaborates with engineering, production, and project management to develop accurate proposals and ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, analyze technical requirements, and build lasting relationships with customers and representatives while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, or technical sales preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, reps, engineers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with customers to define project requirements and propose products.
• Review specifications, drawings, schedules, and bid documents.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submittals.
• Provide technical support through the sales cycle including design assistance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Production to meet customer needs.
• Track opportunities and maintain CRM records.
• Attend meetings, industry events, and training opportunities.
