Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including at least 3-5 years in a people management or technical leadership role.
• 5+ years in HVAC industry preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and balancing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for the Modine Heating business, establishing and enforcing engineering standards.
• Manage three distinct but related teams: product development engineers, drafting & standards personnel, and laboratory test technicians.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and risk reduction.
