Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC inside sales or related technical sales support.
• Experience reviewing mechanical plans and specifications.
• Experience preparing HVAC proposals and bid packages.
• Experience generating equipment submittals.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales Engineers throughout the sales process.
• Review mechanical drawings, project specs, and schedules.
• Independently perform HVAC equipment selections using supplier software.
• Prepare accurate equipment quotations and proposals.
• Develop complete equipment submittal packages for awarded projects.
• Provide technical support to engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Coordinate with manufacturers regarding pricing, questions, and lead times.
• Maintain project information in the company CRM and manage timelines.
