Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful sales in commercial HVAC or similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective account plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and requirements.
• Help estimate costs for HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Coordinate technical support during the sales process.
• Partner with engineering and operations to align with client needs.
• Create compelling, accurate proposals and present to clients.
• Review and finalize proposals and contracts for alignment.
• Document activities and share updates with the team.
• Maintain contact with customers at all levels, including decision makers.
• Manage the client experience through clear communication.
