Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Several years of HVAC sales, estimating, service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with customers.
• Prepare accurate HVAC estimates and clear proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project scope, pricing and timelines.
• Present proposals to customers and follow up promptly.
• Stay current with HVAC technology and codes.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and estimates.
