DWC Mechanical in Amherst, NY is seeking an HVAC Project & Construction Sales Executive to grow our commercial HVAC project business through new customer development and strong industry relationships.

You will own the sales process from prospecting to handoff, collaborating with estimating, project management, and technical teams to deliver clearly defined, competitive, and profitable projects for building owners, facility managers, and general contractors.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or related services.
• Demonstrated success generating new business, developing proposals, and closing project-based sales.
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, systems, and installation applications.
• Ability to understand project requirements and collaborate on accurate scopes and estimates.
• Proactive prospecting, consistent follow-through, and confidence engaging decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue commercial HVAC project opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and relationships.
• Build relationships with building owners, facility managers, general contractors, and other decision-makers.
• Develop estimates, quotations, and proposals communicating scope, pricing, and value.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations to validate equipment selections and installation requirements.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
