Job summary

Dowling Corporation is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, high‑quality service delivery. You will provide leadership, training, scheduling support, and performance management across service, repair, retrofit, and replacement projects.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in HVAC, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in HVAC or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and supervise HVAC technicians and apprentices.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and guidance on complex issues.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with codes and company standards.
• Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and workload management.
• Support project planning and field progress reviews to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct field visits, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and office staff.
• Promote safety policies, training, and regulatory compliance.
