Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform repairs, overhauls, start-ups, and commissioning of commercial boilers, HVAC equipment, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues using technical manuals and diagrams.
• Prepare for service calls by reviewing site conditions and coordinating work activities.
• Complete service documentation and reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
• Provide technical support and clear communication to customers regarding operation and repair recommendations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and work overtime or weekends as required.
