Job summary

Innovative Air delivers HVAC solutions backed by technical expertise and manufacturer partnerships. With eight offices across Idaho, we design and implement systems for clients, offering hands-on support and industry know-how.

The Account Manager develops long-term customer relationships, expands account penetration, and promotes Innovative Air offerings by delivering technical solutions to customers’ business needs. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature control equipment preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability and willingness to communicate clearly and diplomatically with customers.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Develop relationships with multiple buying influences in the customer’s organization.
• Build partnering relationships with contractors and consultants involved in decision‑making.
• Prepare and review proposals; determine price and selling strategy.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams; manage take‑off, pricing, and scheduling.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and maintain account plans and forecasts.
