Job summary

Innovative Air, an HVAC solutions provider with eight Idaho offices, seeks an Account Manager to build long-term relationships with contractor and consulting engineer accounts and maximize account penetration and retention.

You will promote Innovative Air offerings by delivering technical solutions, developing account plans, coordinating with project teams, preparing proposals, pricing, and negotiating terms. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and strong written/verbal communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature control equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Develops relationships with multiple buying influences in the customer’s organization.
• Builds partnering relationships with contractors and consultants.
• Determines project needs, constraints, and responsibilities for HVAC design and installation.
• Develops and discusses possible solutions with customers.
• Prepares and reviews proposals, determines price and selling strategy.
• Negotiates terms and conditions with customers.
