Job summary

Innovative Air is seeking an Account Manager to develop long-term customer relationships and maximize account penetration with contractor and consulting engineer accounts. You will promote Innovative Air offerings by delivering technical solutions and building a broad set of capabilities within each account.

The role offers 100% commission eligibility with draw and includes full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature control equipment preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Develops relationships with multiple buying influences in the customer’s organization.
• Prepares and reviews proposals, determines price and selling strategy.
• Coordinates with contractors and consultants to write project specifications.
• Negotiates price, terms, and conditions with customers and closes the sale.
• Maintains deep customer relationships and provides technical solutions.
