Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships across vertical markets, promoting maintenance, repair, replacement, and energy efficiency offerings. You will work with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities within existing and potential accounts.

The role requires initiating new prospects, presenting solutions, managing pricing and A/R, and delivering compelling client proposals while aligning with EMCOR Mesa's sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Relevant technical experience in Facilities Management or Operations & Maintenance.
• Strong customer presentation skills, sales aptitude, and financial acumen for cost modeling.
• Independent decision making is required.
• Strong computer skills using MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Competitive, articulate, goal oriented and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
• Develop, deliver, and present client proposals.
• Manage pricing, payments, and accounts receivable processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and team to optimize account programs.
• Provide product information and QA support; participate in industry/trade shows.
