This role involves collaboration with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and the company.**Key Responsibilities:*** Selling Johnson Controls offerings with confidence and persistence to various stakeholders in the construction community, aiming for optimal profitability.* Building strong relationships with key decision-makers to promote Johnson Controls as their preferred partner.* Identifying and engaging new business opportunities in alignment with strategic goals.* Addressing operational, environmental, and financial objectives of customers by recommending tailored solutions.* Representing customer interests within Johnson Controls, ensuring they receive maximum value from our offerings.**Qualifications:****Required:*** Two years of experience in selling HVAC Controls to engineers, contractors, or general contractors.* Three years of sales experience in the construction industry.* Knowledgeable in designing and/or selling building automation systems.* Strong initiative and excellent communication skills.**Preferred:*** BA in Mechanical Engineering.* Five years of sales experience in the construction or HVAC industry.HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68,600-104,000. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) **This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis.** This position includes a competitive benefits package.
