As an HVAC Smart Building Sales Account Representative, you will oversee the sale of Johnson Controls' Building Efficiency offerings in the Construction space. Focusing on fostering long-term partnerships, you will address client needs with innovative business and technical solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and the company.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68,600-104,000. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
