CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Sheet Metal Journeyman Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers in Athens, Alabama to work on multiple retail locations setting rooftop equipment and installing duct systems. The role emphasizes quality and safety with hands-on installation of square/spiral duct, duct sealing, and related components.

Starting ASAP, the position is full-time with a 5-8s schedule from 7 a.m. Pay ranges from $15 to $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• HVAC duct installation experience required
• Ability to interpret blueprints
• Experience installing square and spiral duct

Responsibilities

• Set rooftop equipment and curbs
• Install square and spiral duct
• Seal and wrap ductwork
• Hang heaters and flues
• Wall-mounted circulation fans
• Install flex duct, diffusers, grills and dropboxes
• Cut taps and start collars, run snaplock pipe
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures
