POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: HVAC Sheet Metal Journeyman Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers

Pay Rate: $15 – $30

Location: Athens, Alabama

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 5 8’s, start time at 7 a.m.

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Setting rooftop equipment and curbs (21 RTUs)
• Installing square and spiral duct (flanged)
• Sealing and wrapping ductwork
• Hanging heaters and flues
• Wall-mounted circulation fans
• Installing flex duct, diffusers, grills, and dropboxes
• Cutting in taps and start collars, running snaplock pipe
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2/4/6 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Ability to interpret blueprints
• Experience installing square and spiral duct
