Job summary

Blauch Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Sheet Metal Estimator to develop accurate pricing for HVAC sheet metal work on construction projects. You will collaborate with Mechanical Piping and Plumbing Estimators to deliver complete project pricing for our construction team.

This non-supervisory, safety-sensitive role reports to the Pre-Construction Manager and requires strong collaboration with the Service, Operations, and project teams to maintain a profitable pipeline of work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit estimates by required deadlines.
• Develop accurate project estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Review and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes.
• Assist with pricing change orders as needed.
• Incorporate safety requirements into project pricing.
• Support estimating efforts for Sheet Metal, Small Projects, and Service work.
