Job summary

AA Duckett, part of the Elliott-Lewis family, is seeking an Account Coordinator for its Glassboro, NJ office. This role supports the Mechanical Services team, handling customer needs, communications, and follow-up on service work.

You will work in a collaborative environment with technicians and coordinators, reporting to the Director of Operations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position located in-office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of client services experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication, negotiation and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented with multiple assignments.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Training on Great Plains and SharePoint will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and provide status updates on accounts.
• Quote follow-up work to support equipment repairs.
• Procure materials for technicians as needed.
• Coordinate with service coordinators on daily activity.
• Maintain customer database with current workflow status.
• Run weekly reports to track service goals.
• Prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
