Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems in the Charlotte, NC area. You will communicate findings to customers, ensure satisfactory service, and promote relevant services during visits.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certifications, and a valid driver's license. Flexibility for on-call shifts and clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in HVAC service or maintenance.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Communicate findings and recommended actions clearly to customers.
• Repair, replace, and maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Deliver parts and tools, record all information accurately on the work order.
• Coordinate with dispatch to update status and ETA.
• Promote services and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety compliance.
