Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical issues.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs HVAC equipment to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Performs preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
Inspects equipment, runs diagnostics, and identifies potential issues to prevent breakdowns.
Delivers parts and equipment and records transactions with customers on a handheld device.
Communicates with dispatch to provide status updates during calls.
Promotes products and services and follows up on replacement leads.
Keeps company vehicles and tools maintained and stocked.
Represents the company professionally and adheres to safety standards.
