Control Point Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking residential service technicians to join our team in Central Massachusetts and the MetroWest area. We provide top-notch service, quality products, and fair pricing with almost 20 years of experience.

The role offers development opportunities and a strong, loyal customer base. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00/hr for Junior Technician and $35.00 to $45.00/hr for Senior Technician, with Monday–Friday schedules and on-call rotation.

Formación

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test after a conditional offer.

Control Point Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is growing and we are looking for residential service technicians to join our team. We have been providing Central Massachusetts and the MetroWest area with top-notch service, quality products, and fair pricing for almost 20 years. Pay

$25.00 to $35.00/hr for Junior Technician (under 5 years relevant experience) or $35.00 to $45.00/hr for Senior Technician (5+ years relevant experience)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, with an on-call rotation
