Control Point Heating Cooling Plumbing Electric is seeking a licensed journeyman electrician to join our residential team in Shrewsbury, MA. Run service calls, diagnose issues for homeowners, and explain options clearly with no pressure.

You’ll wire HVAC and plumbing installs, work alongside install crews, and enjoy benefits like medical, disability and 401(k). Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts journeyman license required.

Responsibilities

• Run residential electrical service calls and explain options to homeowners.

Control Point is a growing, family-owned company, and we're looking for a licensed journeyman electrician to join our residential team based out of Shrewsbury, MA. Pay

$35.00 – $48.00/hr, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday – Friday, currently no on-call rotation

What You'll Do

• Run residential electrical service calls: diagnose the problem, explain what you found, and walk homeowners through their options clearly, with no pressure
• Wire new HVAC installs: furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits and air handlers
• Wire new plumbing and heating installs: boilers, water heaters and tankless water heaters
• Work alongside our HVAC and plumbing install crews

Required Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license
• Residential service experience, including troubleshooting and presenting repair options to homeowners
• Experience wiring HVAC and plumbing equipment installs
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• ServiceTitan experience a plus

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
