Job summary

Control Point is seeking a licensed journeyman electrician for our residential team based out of Shrewsbury, MA. You will diagnose service issues, explain options to homeowners, and wire HVAC and plumbing installations in a collaborative environment.

Mon-Fri schedule with no on-call rotation. Competitive $35.00–$48.00 per hour, benefits include medical, dental, disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Residential service experience including troubleshooting and presenting repair options to homeowners.
• Experience wiring HVAC and plumbing equipment installations.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• ServiceTitan experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run residential electrical service calls: diagnose problems, communicate findings, and explain options clearly.
• Wire new HVAC installs: furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits and air handlers.
• Wire new plumbing and heating installs: boilers, water heaters and tankless water heaters.
• Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing install crews.

Control Point is a growing, family-owned company, and we're looking for a licensed journeyman electrician to join our residential team based out of Shrewsbury, MA. Pay:

$35.00 – $48.00/hr, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, currently no on-call rotation
