Job summary

Air Necessity, Inc. in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a proactive Customer Service/Dispatch Associate to keep our field teams moving.

You will answer calls, book same-day service appointments, dispatch technicians, and keep customers updated on arrival times. You will also process invoices, payments, and maintenance-plan renewals in our field service software, follow up on estimates, and coordinate parts orders with the install team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service, dispatch or office experience (home services preferred).
• Calm, friendly phone presence; you can de-escalate a hot, frustrated customer.
• Comfortable with scheduling software, Google Workspace and texting platforms.
• Organized and detail-oriented; nothing gets lost.
