Job summary

Air Necessity, Inc. is seeking a courteous dispatch specialist to answer calls, book same-day service, and keep our technicians moving. You’ll coordinate arrivals, dispatch by location and urgency, and update customers on ETA while ensuring smooth workflow across the office.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or dispatch, a calm phone presence, and comfort with scheduling software and Google Workspace. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service, dispatch or office experience.
• Calm, friendly phone presence; can de-escalate frustrated customers.
• Familiar with scheduling software and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts and web leads; book and confirm service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians by location, skill and urgency; keep customers updated on arrival times.
• Process invoices, payments and maintenance-plan renewals in our field service software.
• Follow up on estimates and request Google reviews after completed jobs.
• Coordinate parts orders and permit paperwork with the install team.

• Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or similar
• Bilingual English/Spanish
