Job summary

Air Necessity, Inc. in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a dispatcher/customer service representative to answer calls, book same-day appointments, and dispatch technicians. You will follow up on estimates, manage workflow, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the install team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or dispatch, strong phone skills, and comfort with scheduling tools and Google Workspace. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service, dispatch or office experience (home services preferred).
• Calm, friendly phone presence; you can de-escalate a hot, frustrated customer.
• Comfortable with scheduling software, Google Workspace and texting platforms.
• Organized and detail-oriented; nothing gets lost.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts and web leads; book and confirm service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians by location, skill and urgency; keep customers updated on arrival times.
• Process invoices, payments and maintenance-plan renewals in our field service software.
