As an HVAC Service Technician, you are the face of our company in the field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Present clear, professional options to homeowners
• Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance to company standards
• Test all work before leaving the home
• Eliminate unnecessary callbacks
• Deliver a 100% satisfaction experience

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose system performance issues accurately
• Service and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems
• Present repair vs. replacement options with professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized truck
• Protect the customer’s home (floor savers, clean workspace)
• Operate safely on the road and on every job
