Job summary

Southsota One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® is seeking experienced residential HVAC service technicians for year-round work and strong income potential in Minnesota. You will diagnose, service, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and IAQ systems, delivering a professional, five-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and IAQ systems.
• Present repair and replacement options professionally.

• Maintain truck inventory and job materials.
