In-N-Out Burger is seeking a full-time Maintenance Service Technician IV to cover the Bay area, including Daly City. The role emphasizes HVAC certified technicians with EPA credentials, capable of repairing and servicing restaurant equipment and systems across multiple stores.

Responsibilities include independent work, regional travel, and strict adherence to safety protocols; includes a robust benefits package and a 5-day work week with on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA and HVAC certifications required.
• Minimum of three years in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, and restaurant equipment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Knowledge of high-voltage AC power (3-phase).
• CA driver’s license required; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair restaurant equipment including cooking, A/C, refrigeration, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Travel to In-N-Out stores in the Bay area on short notice (approx. 25% travel).
• Adhere to safety guidelines and keep work area clean.
