Job summary

Burger King - 8326 - Oakland Hegenberger is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, and to maintain and repair restaurant fixtures. The role requires two years of technician experience, HVAC certification, and a clean DMV record.

You will work with restaurant staff, respond to emergencies, and handle scheduling, parts inventory, and record keeping. Position involves extensive travel (up to 75%), on-site work, and irregular hours including

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Minimum of two-year technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a clean DMV record.
• Must communicate well with restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Repair and maintain toaster, fryers, lights etc.
• Complete repairs and maintenance to standard; basic plumbing.
• Respond to emergencies including nights and weekends.
• Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance.
• Execute administrative processes to schedule and track repairs; manage parts inventory and expenses.
• Process work orders submitted by restaurant teams; prioritize visits.
• Track and record completed repairs and maintain accurate records.
• Extensive travel, up to 75%.
