Job summary

In-N-Out Burgers, Inc. is hiring a full-time Service Technician IV to service Daly City and surrounding Bay Area stores. The role focuses on maintenance of restaurant equipment, HVAC systems, and related components across multiple locations.

The candidate must be HVAC and EPA certified with 3+ years in refrigeration or restaurant equipment repair, and able to troubleshoot electrical systems. CA driver’s license required; travel up to 25% is needed.

Qualifications

EPA certification and HVAC certification are required.
At least 3 years' experience in refrigeration and restaurant equipment repair.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and high voltage knowledge.
Soda Fountain experience is a plus.
Valid CA driver's license required; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair restaurant equipment including cooking gear, A/C, refrigeration, plumbing, and carpentry.
Work independently with minimal supervision and respond to emergencies on short notice.
Travel to Bay Area stores as needed; 25% travel expected.
Observe safety guidelines and keep the work area clean.
