Job summary

2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a qualified HVAC Service Technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role requires communication with customers to answer questions and resolve issues, while promoting products and services.

Under supervision, you will work on heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment, ensuring diagnostics are accurate and work is completed with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years' experience.
• Must have EPA certification and comply with safety regulations.
• Valid licensing requirements for the local area.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Diagnose and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
