Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring HVAC technicians to diagnose, service and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote products while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers training, career growth, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. Candidates should have 2+ years of HVAC experience and relevant certifications.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with training and 2+ years’ HVAC experience required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Proficient in using hand tools and equipment for service work.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Mansioni

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous, timely manner.
• Service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Maintain paperwork accurately and collect payments when needed.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status updates and availability.
• Promote products and services to customers and follow up on leads.
• Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are maintained and accounted for.
