Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial systems.

You will move between calls, communicate clearly with customers, record work details, and promote maintenance services while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

This role requires problem-solving ability, physical stamina, and a valid driver's license; on-call shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree/Certification in HVAC or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years' experience in HVAC with technical training certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess valid licensing per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems.
• Service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns and call backs.
• Record all call information and collect payment.
• Communicate with dispatch for status reports.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Ensure company property and tools are properly maintained.
