Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Technician I to diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The role requires communicating with customers, performing maintenance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction on every service call.

You will work under supervision to analyze equipment, read schematics, and apply safety practices while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 1-2+ years of experience.
• Valid licensing/certifications as required by local laws; EPA certification.
• Proficient in servicing heating, cooling, ventilation and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Complete routine maintenance and assist with parts delivery and paperwork.
• Maintain safe, professional conduct and reliable attendance.
