Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Technician II to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Elyria, OH. The role requires EPA and safety certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical and refrigerant issues.

You will work under supervision, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote our products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with additional training in HVAC.
• 2+ years’ HVAC experience with technical training certification preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC electrical/refrigerant/duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment and identify problems to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Complete paperwork and communicate status with dispatch and customers.
