Job summary

Daikin Applied, a leading HVAC innovator, seeks a Service Technician II/III to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems across multiple Texas locations. Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, repairs, and performance verification of rooftops, chillers, boilers, and air handling units.

Opportunities to mentor junior techs and progress to Lead roles are available. The role emphasizes safety, customer communication, and continuous training through Daikin programs

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 3+ years related experience for Tech II with increasing responsibility; 5+ years for Tech III or 7+ years with equivalent education/experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; HVAC certificate or equivalent training.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, water source heat pumps, AHUs, cooling towers, and boilers.
• Lead Level I technicians through hands-on demonstrations and assist with centrifugal rebuilds.
• Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, and service details; communicate status to customers.
