Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a full‑time HVAC Service Technician II in the Bowie, MD / Washington DC area. You’ll service commercial and industrial equipment, work with cutting‑edge technologies, and receive comprehensive training in person, online, and on the job.

Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, and installation support for rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and related systems, with direct guidance to Level I technicians and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates degree or HVAC certification preferred.
• 3+ years of HVAC experience; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, boilers and chillers.
• Troubleshoot, replace components, and ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Log service activity, inventory, and timecards accurately.
• Interact with customers to provide status updates before, during, and after calls.
• Follow Daikin safety policies and training programs.
