Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, solve problems, and promote services while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours are needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Strong reading of wiring diagrams and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to balance airflow and align belts and pulleys with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous and timely manner.
• Diagnose and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment and diagnose potential problems to prevent failures or callbacks.
• Complete paperwork, collect payments, and provide accurate status reports to dispatch.
• Promote products and services to customers and assist with replacement sales leads.
• Maintain company property, vehicles, tools, and stock in proper condition.
