Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Technician II to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment at customer sites around West Chester, PA. You will perform diagnostic work, communicate with customers, and promote our products and services while working under the supervision of the Field Supervisor or GM.

The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, safe work practices, and timely completion of service calls.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree/Certification in HVAC or related field; 2–5 years experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required; valid driver's license.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential/light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems while maintaining professional conduct.
• Promote products and services to customers during visits.
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain a neat service record.
• Coordinate with dispatch to report status and availability.
