Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems at the West Chester location. You will interact with customers, resolve issues, and ensure total satisfaction while performing maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or HVAC certification or equivalent experience required.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems with field service experience.
• EPA and safety certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect and diagnose heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Complete routine maintenance and replace/repair parts as needed.
• Accurately document service calls and communicate status to dispatch.
• Promote products and services to customers and follow safety protocols.
