Job summary

Service Experts LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks an experienced HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems. You'll communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote our products and services while delivering top-tier customer satisfaction.

Under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager, you will analyze equipment, complete routine maintenance, use hand tools, and follow safety practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in HVAC preferred with technical training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical/refrigerant/duct systems.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, services and maintains residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Operates hand tools and diagnostic devices to perform repairs.
• Communicates with dispatch and customers to provide status updates.
• Promotes products and services to customers and supports sales leads.
